Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He walked me through the process on the phone to assessing for bugs as well as treatment options. He was interested in me FIRST and my needs, not just making a buck! I so appreciate all the time he spent with me and sharing all his knowledge- he's the best!!
Jeff was extremely helpful. He educated me on the difference between bed bugs and carpet beetles. He helped me feel so much less scared about my bug bites and was so friendly and just wanted to help. Jeff is a guru of bed bugs. He helped me diagnosed the bite marks i have on my body. He showed up 15 mins later to do a thorough search of the bedrooms. Although we didn’t find any evidence of bugs, the bite marks had him concerned so he suggested i treat the bedrooms and couch as precautions. He was also careful not to leave any residues where my kids could come into contact with. He wiped it right away. Overall, very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Thanks Jeff.
