“We had Dan H. come out to inspect our crawl space as well as the attic. We found out there was an issue in the attic with air flow...basicly not enough, which resulted in poor conditions. Dan took his time, took alot of pictures and explained the many options we have to remedy the situation(s). He outlined and thoroughly explained the details. On top of that, Dan offered discounts others couldn't offer. They are able to fit us in and start in just a few days. At this point in time, my husband and I are glad we called Attic Projects. Update: work is complete, and well done! Please call this Kent office, they really do take alot of care and time to explain the issues with the great pictures taken. The crew, Romel, Juan and Jordan that removed the insulation, treated the mold and put in new insulation in the attic were professional, honest, hard working and personable. They were great! Did a great job on clean-up. We also had more soffit vents installed and they applied sealant around can lights where we were losing heat thru the ceiling. The crew noticed issues with a couple of our fans using their knowledge of contractor experience. So I scheduled 2 flapper fans to be corrected in our 1987 rambler. This company does exactly what they advertise on their site. The company respects military veterans and seniors. Their inspection and estimate beat out a NW company we contacted not just because of pricing, but because of the detailed pictures, time taken to explain the situation, their knowledge and integrity.
