What a positive experience we had with Ron (and his assistants)!
We called American Rooter as a 2nd estimate for our parent's house. Ron is the one who answered the call, and made the appt to come out right away.
After the initial assessment and estimate, we had them go ahead and perform the work. We chose American Rooter because they seemed very thorough and addressed all of our questions/concerns.
Upon examination of the pipes further down on the property with their camera, Ron also found areas where the pipe had broken (this is an older house built in 1950). Ron went through the entire video with us, showing us the breakage etc. He explained everything...read full review
Ron arrived on time, but the problem had fixed itself, but he checked the sewer pipe with his camera to make sure everything was clear. He was clean and efficient in his work and didn’t charge me for the inspection. I will definitely call him in the future.
