“First Call Septic arrived as scheduled. I was immediately impressed by the sharp, professional appearance not only of John & Justin, but their awesome pumper truck. They quickly took care of business while also sharing their knowledge and other useful information (this home is my first ever with a septic system so I had many questions about septic construction, operations, and maintenance). From scheduling, to the actual service call, to a follow up office call, all of First Septic's staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I even received an email a few days later with a copy of my receipt, inspection report, and photos. First Septic will definitely be my first call next time I need their service!“

“Replaced my kitchen sink and faucet on my own… but when attempting to connect the new faucet I ran into a problem beyond my skill level (which was limited to begin with). The water valves would need replaced. I did the work on a Saturday and found this out on a Sunday morning. I had no luck when I called around (either left a message or was told someone might be able to come out later in the week); no luck until I called Arn’s Plumbing. Duane called me right back just before he was heading to church. He was able to have someone come out the next day which was incredible to me. Levi and his apprentice came out and replaced the valves, connected the faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and assembled the remaining piping all in less than an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently and charged me a fair price. More than fair considering the time they saved me by finishing the job for me. “My 84 year old mother's yard had a pool of water that was getting bigger and bigger. I called Waterways on a Sat. and Kel answered the 24 hour need call. He was so very very nice and helpful. He told me about a couple of ideas to check and I did. We were able to shut off the water and avoid more of the cost of wasted water and were able to identify that the leak was not coming from inside the house, it was out in the yard. The city came out and said it wasn't their problem. Kel came out on Monday and fixed it. He also went under the house to double inspect. I had called at least 10 different plumbers, even those with 24 emergency service listed and Waterways was the only one to answer their phone on the weekend. My mom has had them come out to her house for other unrelated jobs and they have always been so professional and kind. I will always use them in the future!
