Another job well done! Blaine showed up right on time and took care of installing a water softener from testing to get the right equipment for what I needed to rerouting my existing pipe and installing the new water softener. Our water is 1000% better than what it was. Blaine even called after we had a few days to try it out just to make sure everything was working as expected. Very good service and to top it all off, there was no upselling or pressure to pay more than was absolutely necessary. Thanks again Blaine!

Excellent service. Zero surprises. Blaine was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Very easy process from quote to job completion. Total cost was well within our budget and much less than local competitors. I will absolutely call PBM and Blaine again should the need arise.
