Dakota was very thorough in his inspection as he went through everything with a fine tooth comb. Dakota replaced a part and also fixed the door on the breaker box as he checked everything and explained all to me. I am very impressed and would recommend highly. Thank you Dakota!

I had a problem with my Marvin windows while trying to pull down the frames to clean them. I caused not one, but two large windows not to completely close (3 inch gap). I called Brownell Windows and Doors, and spoke to Justin who was amazing. He told me it was a simple problem I could fix myself, and recommended a video they made to show me how. He also said I could come in and he would show me himself. I did that, but realized the windows were too big for me to fix it myself. He said he’d come over and fix them real quick since I just lived around the corner. Within a half hour they were fixed, AND I knew how to fix them again if the same thing happened in the future.
He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. If I ever need new windows, I will go to Windows and Door by Brownell.
In terms of varieties of Guinea pigs, parakeets, geckos, fish, specialized pet foods and treats/ collars,etc., PetSmart is wonderful. I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets. Their staff is professional and accommodating; and, returns are easy . The community is very fortunate to have a PetSmart here.

My son absolutely loves going to classes here. He did the trial class to see if he would enjoy it and has insisted on signing up for every class he can possibly do. Zach is excellent with the kids, and there's enough variety to keep mine engaged. I love that they pick an experienced kid to act as a class mentor for the day. It gives them a huge boost of confidence and lets them help their peers who may not be as familiar with what they're working on.
I enjoyed what I saw in the children's class so much that I tried the adult MMA class. It was some of the best cardio fitness I've done in a long time. Not only is Zach great with kids, but he's excellent working with adults as well. He took time to show me what I needed to be doing differently and encouraged me to keep going when I was ready to tap out. My whole body is sore from the one class, and I'm excited to go back for more.

I spent an entire morning calling around S. Burlington and the UVM area, looking for someplace that could accommodate a patient with cancer who needed help and a gentle touch. Of the salons that I made contact with, I got nothing but attitude and ridicule and four-week out appointments (after explaining that the patient was losing hair rapidly, and just wanted it cut down to help make the transition during chemo). Finally, I spoke to Robin at Hair Dynasty near Taft's Corners and discovered someone with a heart as big as her personality. She understood my concerns and the patient's needs. She was kind, compassionate, and unbelievably flexible -- nothing like the salons around the U-mall and Dorset street. My daughter was diagnosed with cancer on her senior year, our life was shattered with one doctor visit for what we thought was a cold. My daughter has beautiful hair and takes pride in her hair. She was hesitant about being seen in public or even around family. We went to several salons and she was told we can’t find that r help you with what you want. After treatment one day we just showed up at Hairbuilders and even though we didn’t have an appointment Agnes took us in and said “I can help you”! We spoke for 30 minutes and set up another appointment, I saw a light in my daughter’s eyes. At the appointment she had cranial prosthesis and that was exactly what she wanted, I saw her smile for the first time in weeks!
Agnes refused to take any money from us and accepted our insurance. She also had her look at her in stock wigs and gave her another one for around the house! As we were walking out her and her staff made a fuss over my daughter and started giving her product to take with her. It was amazing to see the transformation in my daughter . She now goes out in public and wants to goto school!
We were so blessed to find Hairbuilders and her amazing team, she made my daughter see that her hair wasn’t going to stop her from living during this trying time in our lives. Thank you so much for your help! Grateful Dad…

Emmy's was great. She was very nice, and our conversation picked up where we left off. I went to another beautician in another state. Unfortunately for me, the woman who cut it did it in layers instead of blending, and the look came out, not the greatest. Emmy came and made the new haircut look awesome as well as more feminine. Truly, the best outcome was getting my haircut by Emmy. The prices are very good also.

Wendy did such an AMAZING job!!! I cant even express how happy I am. She highlighted my hair and blended them so well and made them look so natural just as I was asking for! She also cut my hair very well. I had asked for layers and she blew my mind away. They were so seamless and flowed together. I HIGHLY recommend this salon. You won’t find a friendlier staff than the one you will find here. Reasonable prices and if you call for an appointment and end up leaving a message , someone will call you back in a reasonable amount of time.

This company was wonderful to work with. We had a problem with some equipment and they were unbeleivably responsive. They were able to correct the issue quickly, but the best part is how poilite and caring they were. From the office staff, to the techs who visited the home, we could not be more impressed. They were so careful to place down tarps so the rugs stayed clean as they were in\out of their truck. We cannot thank them enough!!

I worked with Jen Wagner at Flooring America for my top floor project. It was a combination of carpet and vinyl plank. To the untrained eye walking into the showroom with little to no experience around what kind of flooring would work what kind of flooring would look horrible and everything in between… Jen made the process stress-free and very fun! I, being eager to start the process was all ready to pick a carpet pattern, vinyl plank tone and get things started. Jen was wise and asked me to be considerate with my decisions knowing very well that you have to take samples home, put them up against your wall, put them up against your couch/furniture in order to make the right decision not just a decision. We landed on what’s seen in the pictures. The team came over within a week and a half and put down the vinyl plank. Quick and easy! A week later the carpet team came through and finished the job. They left without a trace of ever even being in the house. What an exceptional process and product that Flooring America is providing! Overall several weeks, I had hunted for tile for a large project that involves renovation of four bathrooms. I visited several stores before stumbling into Best.
I was immediately taken by the extensive selection at Best Tile , which included a variety of some of the most beautiful tile on the market. The choices at best were far superior to the other stores I had visited.
What impressed me even more than the selection was the help that I received. i had had no idea that there were so many details to picking out tile. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and Olivia cheerfully took me in and gave me the time and attention to walk me through everything. She gave valuable feedback, shared technical knowledge, all with an artist’s eye to help me choose exactly what I had envisioned. With her expert help, I feel excited about my choices and confident that they are just right! She simplified the pricess , paid attention to every detail and made sure we got it all right! What is also impressive is that she followed up on everything and Best has delivered everything as promised!

I started seeing Dr Alyssa during the end of my pregnancy after experiencing excruciating rib pain. I had never seen a chiropractor (and was a little nervous to) and thought this would be months worth of rehab, appointments, etc. In just 3 visits, Alyssa had completely (and gently) realigned my ribs/back and I still can’t get over it. All I can say is amazing! My cat ate part of a blanket and may have a blockage. Showed up at the vet with no appointment. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. The staff is very accommodating, supportive and prompt to reply when we have issues and questions! They have text capability on their primary phone number! Nice, no missed voice messages and need to call back! We've seen new staff and new doctors there in an ever-changing animal hospital, yet, whoever is at the counter or replying via text, ...the support for pet and client has never diminished at all. It is always A+. Like many businesses now, they have policies that I am fine with in these ever changing times and do be aware that pet care now is very expensive, no matter where you go for quality care. Be prepared for that. Always good vibes at River Cove.........if they can take you on as a client, I highly suggest you bring your pet to them. they will not let you down. Dr. Kessler is easily the best Vet I have ever had. She was able to diagnose my cat with allergies and helped us find a treatment that was effective. When my cat was diagnosed with FIV I thought it was the end of the world. Dr.Kessler called me and walked me through what FIV meant for my girl and what I needed to do to keep her healthy. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Kessler and I am so thankful to have her have cared for the love of my life, Veda. We moved to California and although I have a new Vet, I miss Dr.Kessler dearly.
