Dakota was very thorough in his inspection as he went through everything with a fine tooth comb. In terms of varieties of Guinea pigs, parakeets, geckos, fish, specialized pet foods and treats/ collars,etc., PetSmart is wonderful. I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets. Their staff is professional and accommodating; and, returns are easy . The community is very fortunate to have a PetSmart here.
Joann is a master at her work! You will leave not just feeling relaxed, but refreshed and loose and timber. I am very picky with massages, and have found her to be the absolute best in Vermont.
My son absolutely loves going to classes here. He did the trial class to see if he would enjoy it and has insisted on signing up for every class he can possibly do. Zach is excellent with the kids, and there's enough variety to keep mine engaged. I love that they pick an experienced kid to act as a class mentor for the day. It gives them a huge boost of confidence and lets them help their peers who may not be as familiar with what they're working on.
I enjoyed what I saw in the children's class so much that I tried the adult MMA class. It was some of the best cardio fitness I've done in a long time. Not only is Zach great with kids, but he's excellent working with adults as well. He took time to show me what I needed to be doing differently and encouraged me to keep going when I was ready to tap out. My whole body is sore from the one class, and I'm excited to go back for more.

It’s been almost impossible for me to find a hair dresser in Vermont that can execute a perfect haircut with textured/curly hair and give you a lesson on how to maintain it at the same time, I’ve struggle to take care of my curly hair for years but Amanda and her salon does it all! I spent an entire morning calling around S. Burlington and the UVM area, looking for someplace that could accommodate a patient with cancer who needed help and a gentle touch. Of the salons that I made contact with, I got nothing but attitude and ridicule and four-week out appointments (after explaining that the patient was losing hair rapidly, and just wanted it cut down to help make the transition during chemo). Finally, I spoke to Robin at Hair Dynasty near Taft's Corners and discovered someone with a heart as big as her personality. She understood my concerns and the patient's needs. She was kind, compassionate, and unbelievably flexible -- nothing like the salons around the U-mall and Dorset street. My daughter was diagnosed with cancer on her senior year, our life was shattered with one doctor visit for what we thought was a cold. My daughter has beautiful hair and takes pride in her hair. She was hesitant about being seen in public or even around family. We went to several salons and she was told we can’t find that r help you with what you want. After treatment one day we just showed up at Hairbuilders and even though we didn’t have an appointment Agnes took us in and said “I can help you”! We spoke for 30 minutes and set up another appointment, I saw a light in my daughter’s eyes. At the appointment she had cranial prosthesis and that was exactly what she wanted, I saw her smile for the first time in weeks!
Agnes refused to take any money from us and accepted our insurance. She also had her look at her in stock wigs and gave her another one for around the house! As we were walking out her and her staff made a fuss over my daughter and started giving her product to take with her. It was amazing to see the transformation in my daughter . She now goes out in public and wants to goto school!
We were so blessed to find Hairbuilders and her amazing team, she made my daughter see that her hair wasn’t going to stop her from living during this trying time in our lives. Thank you so much for your help! Grateful Dad…

Glamour nails is one of the most exceptional nail salons I have ever been to. It is very clean, you always get taken care of right at your appointment time, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Vivian did my Grandmother’a and I’s nails for year and she was always so accommodating of her being on oxygen and needing to plug it in as well as incredibly gentle with sensitive skin. I simply love this place!

Emmy's was great. She was very nice, and our conversation picked up where we left off. I went to another beautician in another state. Unfortunately for me, the woman who cut it did it in layers instead of blending, and the look came out, not the greatest. Emmy came and made the new haircut look awesome as well as more feminine. Truly, the best outcome was getting my haircut by Emmy. The prices are very good also.

She also cut my hair very well. I had asked for layers and she blew my mind away. They were so seamless and flowed together. I HIGHLY recommend this salon. I just went to Oasis for my 10th massage, what I can tell you, is I love this place!
4 weeks ago, I went with my husband and we had an option for a female or male massuse. The hubs wasn't comfortable having a guy work on him, so I had Chris. He was amazing!
I just went back today, scheduled with Chris again, and my goodness, I thought my last massage was the best I ever had. But no, it got better. I highly recommend Chris. He's an amazing Massage Therapist. Hit every spot that was giving me discomfort, and knew exactly what he was doing. The hubs wants to schedule out 3 months to save for a tattoo, but I'm thinking, if I forgo a tattoo, I could have 2 more massages.
I want to make sure I give Chris all the props. As a female, it can be weird to get a massage from the opposite gender. But he is so professional and really knows what he's doing. I will never question it. I haven't had to, and am so happy with the service he provided.
(He puts his knee under my shoulder, and has hit every mark I ever asked him to. Again, if you need a massage, this is where you should ask)
I've had water heater installs, toilet replacements, and zone valve replacements completed by A Cooper. Cole and Ann make scheduling easy (and very timely) and the work completed is always done right.
This company was wonderful to work with. We had a problem with some equipment and they were unbeleivably responsive. They were able to correct the issue quickly, but the best part is how poilite and caring they were. From the office staff, to the techs who visited the home, we could not be more impressed. They were so careful to place down tarps so the rugs stayed clean as they were in\out of their truck. We cannot thank them enough!!

It started with my call with an Agent (Call Center) who then linked me to Ms. Alliyah - Office Mgt at their Williston Office) regarding a cracked cast iron sewer pipe in my cellar that needed to be carefully cut and replaced.
She immediately understood the tasks required and asked me to send good photos of the site and the cracked pipe which I did.
As it was a weekend, she said I would need to pay a small premium fee to have the Technician come on a Sunday. I was happy to do so.
Dave (a 20 year skilled Technician from their Williston office came right on time and had all the equipment needed since he saw the photos that I sent Ms. Alliyah).
He was excellent. He was personable and treated me like a respected client. He explained all the tasks and then told me that it would take a few hours for the mechanism to work as it sealed the new pipe. All 100% right.
Their pricing is 100% honest and fair. Everything Ms. Alliyah quoted came 100% true. I was VERY happy.
We now have a new downward Sewer pipe that works just BEAUTIFULLY, thanks to Dave.
I would recommend this company and Ms. Alliyah and Mr. Dave 100%.

Overall several weeks, I had hunted for tile for a large project that involves renovation of four bathrooms. I visited several stores before stumbling into Best.
I was immediately taken by the extensive selection at Best Tile , which included a variety of some of the most beautiful tile on the market. The choices at best were far superior to the other stores I had visited.
What impressed me even more than the selection was the help that I received. i had had no idea that there were so many details to picking out tile. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and Olivia cheerfully took me in and gave me the time and attention to walk me through everything. She gave valuable feedback, shared technical knowledge, all with an artist’s eye to help me choose exactly what I had envisioned. With her expert help, I feel excited about my choices and confident that they are just right! She simplified the pricess , paid attention to every detail and made sure we got it all right! What is also impressive is that she followed up on everything and Best has delivered everything as promised!

I was in constant pain for the past several years due to a combination from long lasting effects of a car accident and not being gentle with my body. I highly recommend Dr. John Bisaccia for sports medicine care. I saw him for treatment on a long standing back issue. He was the first care provider that took the time to look at all the treatments I had received across several different providers in the area. He listened to me, studied my file, learned about what had been done previously and put together a plan to address the situation. My back is feeling great these days and I have since returned for treatment on a couple other issues. He's a great guy - friendly and super knowledgeable. I started seeing Dr Alyssa during the end of my pregnancy after experiencing excruciating rib pain. I had never seen a chiropractor (and was a little nervous to) and thought this would be months worth of rehab, appointments, etc. In just 3 visits, Alyssa had completely (and gently) realigned my ribs/back and I still can’t get over it. All I can say is amazing! My cat ate part of a blanket and may have a blockage. Showed up at the vet with no appointment. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. The staff is very accommodating, supportive and prompt to reply when we have issues and questions! They have text capability on their primary phone number! Nice, no missed voice messages and need to call back! We've seen new staff and new doctors there in an ever-changing animal hospital, yet, whoever is at the counter or replying via text, ...the support for pet and client has never diminished at all. It is always A+. Like many businesses now, they have policies that I am fine with in these ever changing times and do be aware that pet care now is very expensive, no matter where you go for quality care. Be prepared for that. Always good vibes at River Cove.........if they can take you on as a client, I highly suggest you bring your pet to them. they will not let you down. Dr. Kessler is easily the best Vet I have ever had. She was able to diagnose my cat with allergies and helped us find a treatment that was effective. When my cat was diagnosed with FIV I thought it was the end of the world. Dr.Kessler called me and walked me through what FIV meant for my girl and what I needed to do to keep her healthy. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Kessler and I am so thankful to have her have cared for the love of my life, Veda.
