I worked with Jen Wagner at Flooring America for my top floor project. It was a combination of carpet and vinyl plank. To the untrained eye walking into the showroom with little to no experience around what kind of flooring would work what kind of flooring would look horrible and everything in between… Jen made the process stress-free and very fun! My husband and I were pleased with the results regarding the installation of rugs on our second-floor home. The two individuals were prompt, friendly and did an amazing job. Without hesitation, we would recommend this business.
Carpeted our second level. Despite a great instal a glitch occurred. The installers carpet tool left a black trail around the perimeter of our beige carpet. To me a five star worthy business isn’t predicated on being perfect but rather how well they handle a problems that may arise. These folks are winners in that regard. They stand behind their great service!
