I recently posted in my local town FB group inquiring about recommendations to handle some wood rot. Will reached out on my post pretty quickly. After messaging online, Will came out to visit to provide an estimate. Extremely friendly, transparent, and happy to answer all my questions. After getting a couple of more estimates, we ended up with A&W as we felt the most confidence. Come the day Will and his team came to address the wood rot, everything went very smoothly. Will and his team were fantastic; had him give me an estimate for leakage where our garage roof meets our house. He was thorough In assessing and walked us through the explanation for repair protocol. Once on site, his team was efficient and hard-working; didn’t quit until the job is done even with some hot days. Our leaking usually occurs in the winter with ice dams, and he made a point to ensure that things will be waterproof, AND to give him a call with any questions or issues.
