We needed to have our Heat Pump disconnected and stored safely in our home while an outdoor project was happening. Vermont Energy was terrific in every way.
They were able to schedule us without much notice, they came early (which we appreciated) and it took less time than estimated, so it cost us less than we thought!

I have a heart issue, so when my AC failed on a very hot, humid day in August I was really worried. Vermont Energy Contracting had a full repair schedule, but Mike figured out a way to get it fixed within hours. Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are.
This company was wonderful to work with. We had a problem with some equipment and they were unbeleivably responsive. They were able to correct the issue quickly, but the best part is how poilite and caring they were. From the office staff, to the techs who visited the home, we could not be more impressed. They were so careful to place down tarps so the rugs stayed clean as they were in\out of their truck. We cannot thank them enough!!
