My experience with Vermont Energy Contracting has been superior. From the moment I initiated contact, I felt I was treated kindly, and, as advertised, a human who was concerned about my predicament answered my call. My furnace was dying and Mark Stevenson came within a couple of days to assess. My new furnace was replaced within a week and it is running beautifully. The installers were so friendly and adept. An A-ONE trustworthy and caring company.
Terrific experience.Both the VEC installers and the electrical contractors were very personable and professional. Arrived on time, explained everything they were doing, and left everything in good order. Highly recommend.
They were able to move up the installation of my tankless water heater by a month, after I let them know the old heater was leaking out of control. Everyone was very friendly and great to work with. The workmanship is superb. I've been a VT Energy customer for years, and I will be very happy to give them my business again whenever something comes up.
