I have had a great experience at Long Trail Vet. They have always fully listened to my concerns and trusted my opinion and experience as a pet owner when making medical decisions for my dogs. They work with the humans rather than making you feel inferior to their expertise, which can be really difficult to find in any medical provider. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and helpful and honestly they just make coming to the vet fun, rather than an appointment to dread. I highly recommend using Long Trail!!
All I can say is amazing! My cat ate part of a blanket and may have a blockage. Showed up at the vet with no appointment. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. Thank you all so much!
The front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Minken is the vet that I have been bringing my dog to and she is an excellent listener. She is easy to talk to and she takes seriously the things I have to say about my dog’s issues. I’m really grateful for that.
