These folks were great! My hot water boiler was red tagged on a Friday morning and deemed not safe to use by Vermont Gas. I called a bunch of places but ended up getting the best service with Cooper. We were able to do an estimate for a new heating system over the phone that day, and they came and started installing a new Well-Mclain boiler on Monday. They did a good job keeping me in the loop and pricing seemed fair as any. The install went well and they replaced the zone valves as well.

Cole from A. Cooper came out to investigate a problem with my heat pump and to gather the information needed for an estimate on a washer hookup. My heat pump problem turned out to be a real head-scratcher, and he stuck with it and investigated every possibility he could find before giving me clear and useful advice on what I could do to go forward--all of this regardless of whether it was generating any billable work. In the end, I was charged nothing for all of this effort, because it was all part of the initial evaluation.
