I wanted to thank Doug Maynes, Regional Manager for Best Tile in Williston for making a difficult and potentially stressful problem with faulty walkway tiles seamless and easy. A few years ago I bought beautiful outdoor tiles for a front walkway and had them installed. Over the next few years most of them cracked. This turned out to be a limited problem at the manufacturer. When Doug saw it he immediately said "I need to fix this." And he did. He hired someone he works with to re-cut and re-lay the entire walkway with new tiles.You can imagine how stressful this could have been if I had to work with a large, chain store. I went to Best Tile without any idea of what I was looking for or what questions I should be asking. Nick Culver was incredibly helpful and patient, and ultimately our bathroom renovation is better for his input! I highly recommend going here for all tile related needs.
