“The day of my appointment, they were having an onslaught of technical challenges like the internet going down, followed by their network going offline. Not to mention, a group of patients coming in nearly all at once. The front desk staff made everyone aware of the situation in a polite, calm and helpful manner. They navigated the situation as best they could despite all the challenges and delays ensuing from said technical difficulties.

The office was clean, and their equipment is quite advanced. They have better ophthalmology than the My Eye Dr I used to visit.

We usually go to the Potomac Mills location as it is convenient being close to our home, but I needed a fast appointment for my eye exam and purchase of new eyeglasses and lenses.
