“Ostrom did my annual evaluation of my HVAC and detected that my old furnace was leaking a little bit of carbon monoxide. It was recommended that I replace it with a new one. Since my A/C unit has aged and not performing as it should I decided to replace it also . Replacing both at the same time cost less. Today, October 21,2024 both were replaced by two of Ostrom best technicians, Chris and Jimmy. They did an excellent job that displays their expertise. They are extremely respectful and know how well to treat their customers. Their technical knowhow and their customer service are excellent. Undeniably they are a good asset to Ostrom. I'll say "BRAVO" and thanks to both Chris and Jimmy for a job well done. They also clean up the whole area of work before leaving.“

“Our ac went out today my husband called everyone he could find. On his last call he asked the nice lady who to call and she said Comfort Services. So he called said they would be here by 3:30. And guess what they were!
Chris came looked at unit found the bad part which was a capacitor, he didn’t have one on truck so he went to shop got one came back and vala once installed it began working again. Chris was very nice, polite and explained things very well.
We now have our AC people we can trust. We bought this house just a year ago this week so we are finding people one by one that are very trustworthy and we will use again. Chris and Comfort Services just made that list.
Thank you for being so kind and fixing our problem as well as advice about filters etc.
