I was worried when AHS told me that these guys were the selected group to fix my broken AC, based on the review from Steve B. My worry was unfounded. I Called on Monday, Mike came out Tuesday and it was fixed in under an hour. Office was very communicative with me for scheduling and follow-up.

Mike and Jen are awesome great service with fair rates!! I’ve have multiple issues with my hvac and Mike had them fixed the first time Everytime! Will work with again if needed in the future!

My home warranty company referred Botetourt Mechanical for a HVAC issue I was having. This company was a wonderful choice. From the start Mike and Jen were both very professional, friendly and communicated well. They provided exceptional service and the job was done in a timely manner. I'm grateful to report my central air is working with no problems since the repair. Overall, I highly recommend this company for any future HVAC needs! Thank you both!!

We service, repair & install all brands of a/c units, heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, ductless mini- splits, & boilers etc... We also service, repair & install gas logs. Mike is a Master HVAC Class B contractor & is also a Master Gas Fitter. We are licensed & in good standing with the DPOR of VA. Our insurances are up to date & current as well.
