We have used Virginia Green for over a year. I haven’t been unhappy with the results of their treatments. The lawn has looked good, and I don’t need to think about it.In July, I ordered and paid for an aeration/seeding service to be done in September. I specifically told them that I HAD to have this done in September. They originally had the date set for the week of September 4-8, but we went out of the country and were gone for 2 weeks, so I asked that it be done either September 18-22, or September 25-29. Was happy initially (3 treatments) but then they stopped coming. I received 3 texts in a 2 week period of time that they would be coming out to treat my yard, but they never showed. No call, no explanation. My neighbor warned me...he used to use them and this is exactly what they did to him. People show you who they are. Unfortunate.
