Mike came out today to see what I needed and then recommended AGAINST an indoor treatment because I didn't need it and he was following federal guidelines against shotgun indoor chemical treatments due to chemical exposure to occupants. He is the ONLY one of the seven companies I contacted to come by for a personal consult or even discuss what type of concern I had before recommending an indoor treatment. Won't even call anyone next time. These are honest people trying to earn a living while maintaining a high ethical standard. What else can we ask for? Thank you Mike.

Called about what I thought was squirrels, turns out it was bats. Mike came out first and identified the problem then Dylan came out to get us started. Finally Christian and Nate finished it off by replacing the nasty guano infested insulation. Thanks to the entire team for getting me taken care of. Highly recommend these guys

We had an issue with bats in our attic and Critter Authority came out right away to inspect and give us a plan. As soon as they were allowed, they came back and did the exclusion and all bats are gone. Quick, efficient, on-time.
