Rafael did not alert me the first time he came that he was here but I was able to call and the company had him come back. At that point, he was most helpful in the treatment of ants inside and outside and checked in the attic for mice, and when he saw some ladybugs, took a second look in the attic to make sure I did not have an infestation.

Rafael Morales has been my service tech for approximately the past six months now. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and is always courteous. He really knows what he’s doing and is very good at his job. He takes time to listen to what I’m saying or asking and then responds accordingly. I hope to keep him on as my tech going forward.
