Based on the reviews, Aptive Pest Control provides service in the Richmond area. One technician, Trayc, did a great job and all areas were treated, though a retreatment was needed because a previous technician did not do the job. Another reviewer found the service kind, responsive, and thorough for the yard. One customer gave a technician an A rating and a number 10, noting he did the best work of all others, including cleaning out a bird nest. Devon treated a place with care, listened to concerns, explained the situation, and went above and beyond. TRAYC, did a great job. All of the areas were treated. However sadly this was the second retreatment that had to be scheduled because the first technician did not do his job 2 times.
The person that came and took care everything I give him an A rating. A number 10. He truly did a great job.
He did the best work of all other's that ever came. He cleaned out and sprayed where birds were making nest in a vent.
