After 4 visits of only spraying outside even after repeatedly asking them to come inside I was told there would be additional fees. Then they want $250 to cancel the service which has been poor and not at all what I was told it would be in writing. I feel strongly I have been scammed. Beware this company“

“I called Joe at 7pm on a Sunday night (last night) and he was at my house by 8pm/830pm to remove a bat that somehow got in. After catching the bat, he explained that he doesn't kill them but releases them in a different area near his home.
