“In that store that AC its running one full blast a the two times ive been there i had to go to my car to get a jacket and when i ask the lady that work there to see if they can maybe turn on the heater i was told that IT could not be done by mánagers instruction ,i even ask one of the workers of she was ok because lips were purple she Said that she was just cold. “Dr Greene was amazing. He really did take the time to answer all my questions, and I felt like he cared for my health. He was filling out a form to see if I qualified for re-treatment for lasik, and he filled out all the required information, as well as additional information... going the extra mile. He spent a full hour with me, and it was really nice chatting with him. He explains medical stuff in a way that a non-doctor can understand.Yes the place the interior and equipment was a little out dated, however his 40+ years of experience and demeanor assured me that I was in good hands.I saw another doctor at Willow Lawn a couple months earlier, and gave him bad review because although he had a nice location, nice office, and updated equipment, I didn't feel like he really cared for me as a patient.“

“BJ's Optical is a great place to get your prescription lens. I have some frames that are not acceptable at Costco like Oakley Sunglasses and Semi Rim. They have done several Lens for mesuch as Reader, Computer, Distance and Transition. All have turned out great and are sharp with nice AR Coatings. They are a real value and easy to work with. Derrickus Witcher at Starling Drive Richmond, VA is the Manager and L.D.O. also.“

“I was in a bad place after breaking my neck and becoming immobile. I live in Elliston and have no support. During transportation to Richmond hospital, my contacts were lost. My own Eye Center in Roanoke didn’t offer much help, but the staff at Dr Toler’s staff jumped in and not only provided me contact lenses, a storage case, but some lens care solution as well.
Dr Toler even delivered my lenses to my hospital room during his lunch.

“You start with Ms. Pat setting up your appointment. She is also the first to greet you and help you with the paperwork and preliminary tests. She'll set you at ease from the start. Dr. Isner performs the eye exam himself (not a technician) and he takes his time. You won't feel rushed, and you'll get the right results for what is needed in your eyeglasses. His exam is thorough for detecting any possible eye problems. Top notch eye care: you won't be disappointed.“

“I've been going here for years. Dr Bastaich is efficient and convenient; however, the front desk is awful! Do not expect a friendly face, anyone to answer the phone, or even a call back. I've left 4 messages, and they never acknowledge them. This is the second time this has happened, so I can only assume it's just how business is run now.“

“Everything went very well until the last step, where they put me in an exam room and said the doctor would be with me “shortly.” 25 minutes later, after sitting in a darkened room, he finally came in. I know he’s busy but maybe they should have had me wait in the sitting area rather than an exam room“
