I scheduled an appointment in the middle of the night and was able to get in same day. I was greeted at the door immediately with smiles and service. First, I spoke with Angel, who was very kind and helpful when I found out my insurance was no longer in network. Thankfully I’m in the EyeCare Club and Morgan at the front desk kindly confirmed for me and checked me in so that I could be seen. Dre took care of my pre-test and he was also a pleasure to work with. The doctor is also kind and makes the exam a breeze. This was my first time at this location, it’s clean, bright, easy to find, and I have no complaints. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at America’s Best on Midlothian Turnpike. The customer service was personable and professional. They assisted me with picking out my frames and ensured I was satisfied with the fit and my vision with my lenses.

Hayley really hooked ya girl up. Not only with amazing customer service but she was able to explain everything to me in complete detail. As soon as I walked in, Hayley greeted me with a smile and directed me to the back. Then after I was done with my eye exam, she called me over and answered all of my questions, and signed me up for the eye care club. Great service and great energy!
