I was greeted kindly, treated with respect and very satisfied with service. I got an eye exam and they suggested for contacts as well. I asked many questions and got an answer for every one! Clean, quiet and fast!!! Michael "Mike" Osterhoudt is great ?

I have been going there for years. The staff had always been super super friendly to me a I enjoy going there for my exam. However I find their mask policy funny because they ask people to wear them but most of the staff do not wear them or they wear the masks incorrectly.

I went today 3/5/2021 to pick up my glasses. When I sat down to be fitted the guy brought out the wrong glasses belonging to someone else. (Redflag). When the gentleman brought out my Tom Ford glasses he immediately stated that the eye glasses didn't come with a case but he would give me a Dr Clifford case.(Redflag) All Tom Ford Eye wear come with a case. I have emailed the office and also i will make Tom Ford brand aware of my experience. Never again. Disappointed3/8/2021 Received a call this morning. Issue has been resolved. Thank You!
