Seems to be struggling to keep good office staff. Dr Bastaich is awesome, the receptionist not so much. Also, I used to get a digital prescription and now it's just handwritten.
Booked appointment online for my child. Check in was quick and easy. This was my child's first eye appointment. It was very easy, quick, and efficient. Dr. Bastaich came out to me to let me know the needs of my child regarding the exam.
I went to America’s Best and had such a poor experience there. At Lens Crafters the visit was extremely different’ it was a very comfortable experience. I was treated well and relevant to my need to have a professional conversation about how to improve my sight/vision for eye wear…. I left satisfied, Dr Robert was able to help me with a complete comprehension of what’s best moving forward for my vision with an exceptional price for the exam.
