I’ve been coming to see Dr. Isner for years even when my insurance didn’t cover this practice because it was always a great experience. Not sure what all these comments about the receptionist being rude are about. She has always been kind and professional when taking calls and in person. Highly recommend this optometry office.

Dr. Isner is great!!! Ive been seeing him for my eye care at Walmart for several years and never was disappointed. His receptionist Ms Pat is so sweet!! She is always in good spirits and keeps things going!

My family an I have used Dr. Isner for about 7 years. Starting from the front desk check-in, eye exam to paying at checkout!, They’ve made a lovely experience for us! The Doctor and his assistant are a professional tag team! His assistant has always check to see if our insurance was accepted weeks before we showed up for our appointments! One time I made an appointment but it was canceled, She called me and informed me our insurance wouldn’t cover it! I thanked her for that and found another eye doctor. The next year our insurance coverage can and we started using Dr. Isner again!
