The Hearing Center at VEI is wonderful. I visited for a hearing assessment and I did need hearing aids. Dr. K has been great. She’s personable, she listens, and she’s really good at her job. Highly recommend Dr. K at The Hearing Center of VEI.
Dr Amantea is clearly knowledgeable and quite good in her field. Moreover, she is patient, easy to work with, and a careful listener who pays attention to what you tell her and is able to act on it effectively (a rare treat these days). I’ve never felt rushed nor that my time was wasted. She’s friendly as well, displays a wonderful openness and has clearly mastered the art of professional/patient friendship. I cannot rate her too highly and would add a sixth star if the rating system would let me.
I was greeted by the young lady at the stand alone desk(forgot her name) . Cheerful and helpful with the biggest smile and kind voice. Then with Dr. Sam K ... she was welcoming and encouraging and made me feel at ease. She was very professional and kind. She helped me pick the right hearing aids and encourages me to utilize the audiology serves until I'm 100 percent satisfied with my sides!
