“Nurse Emma and Physical Therapist Colin are amazing. They helped me with my transition from hospital to home after CABG surgery. I was very disabled for the first two weeks. However, the office did not send Occupational Therapy or an aide to assist me with personal care in a timely manner. No one called or scheduled the OT or the aide during the first 2 weeks of being home from hospital. Finally told Colin to cancel OT and Aide as their services were no longer needed. I desperately needed their help when I was first home not 2 weeks later. This was a scheduling issue with the office not following through. The services I did receive were excellent.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️TEN STARS !The BackstoryThe first week having moved from Colorado to Fairfax County, my brother1. Was in a vehicle collision (other drivers’ fault) that totaled his car2. Fell on some steps while looking at a house for rent and broke BOTH leg bones close to his ankleI drove up from my home in NC to VA to help out and somehow together we found a different house to rent, moved him in, got him to surgery and back to his house with some medical equipment (wheelchair, shower transfer seat, etc.).THANK YOU, Monument Homecare!!!At that point, we needed PROFESSIONAL help — my brother was going to start teaching at GMU in a week and I needed to get back to NC.We talked with a large company and they seemed okay, but next we called Monument and met Simo. We were immediately impressed by why and how Monument was established and the services they could provide, by Simo’s experience, qualifications, professionalism and personal interest in my brother’s well-being (even though my brother’s situation was unique). Monument was hired on the spot and with Simo’s care and help, my brother was able to start his new position at GMU and I was able to return to NC knowing my brother had the best of support services.Our relationship with Monument continued … my brother ended up with two surgical infections and again, Simo was able to help him through that ordeal as well as settling into a new city because Monument is local and flexible — not just another huge corporate “care” company! None of brother’s needs were too small or too big — and all services were individualized for his various problems.Our relationship with Monument still continues… with Monument’s excellent housekeeping division!I am so grateful to, and highly recommend Monument Healthcare. Best of all is my peace of mind that if a medical event were to happen in the future, my brother just needs to make one call and Monument will be there!“

“I wish there were an option for 6 stars because that's what I would give David! He is an exceptional professional who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. For those who have ever dealt with water damage and mold, you know it is an incredibly stressful situation that upends your life. So I wish we had met David under better circumstances, but I'm so glad we found him to do the mold remediation. His meticulous attention to detail, experience, and knowledge alone is enough to hire him, but in addition, he comes recommended by independent highly regarded mold testing/environmental professionals. In addition to all of the above, David is incredibly hard working and did everything he could to accommodate us. We have a lot of allergies in our family so David brought in an extra air scrubber and left all 3 air scrubbers with us to help us out during the re-construction process. He absolutely did not have to do that. He also didn't have to leave up the containment barrier for the re-construction phase, but he did. Because that is the kind of person he is! And because we were in such a bind, David put us in touch with folks to do the re-construction, etc. and helped us managed that process. He also answered ALL our questions promptly, even after he had completed the job. I do not frequently give such glowing reviews, but I truly simply cannot recommend David highly enough! If you want someone who cares and won't treat you like a number AND will do an exceptional job, call David. He will go above the call of duty to help you out.“
