“I called Visiting Angels at the recommendation of two people I know who had used their services. My aged mother had fallen and was not recovering as quickly as she had in the past, and my dad needed to be able to run errands without leaving her alone, and to have help lifting her, etc. The VA representative gave us a free in-home consultation, was knowledgable and kind, and we set up a process to create a schedule and an assessment. Within a few days after this meeting, my mother declined precipitously, and it was clear that hospice was the way to go. Visiting Angels was understanding, professional, and allowed us to shift to this new direction without a problem. I was grateful to be able to discuss the varied options with capable professionals.”
