I make myself available to ask questions at any time, and they always call if they are unsure of anything.<br><br>Communication: Synergy contacts me in case of any issues, and always let's me know in advance if there will be schedule changes for holidays, etc.<br><br>Coverage: Conversely, Synergy always finds someone to come in even at the last minute if we have any sudden changes in our schedule. Also, if an aid has an emergency and can not make it, Synergy finds a replacement almost instantly. I always know we are covered and I feel supported.<br><br>If you need care for your loved one, I highly recommend them.”
