I use the word “care” rather than “service” because when I am there getting IVs for a for post treatment of a serious disease I am truly cared for. The CEO, Narges, sees to it that I am treated as a person not a client. I am receiving IVs post-surgery as I recover. Being a physician assistant, Nargis informally evaluates how I look and feel. That aside, she and her staff treat people professionally with much courtesy and respect. She tries to make me feel comfortable by offering me a blanket if I'm chilly, and water if I'm thirsty. This is especially comforting to me because my treatments make me thirsty at times. I highly recommend her inner staff.”
