Premium care is the best among the rest. Everyone was so helpful and truly helped my uncle get the best care possible. I would like to give Kudos to the whole team. Sheila is the best case manager, truly listening to our concerns and making sure that all my uncle needs are met and always positive. Maribeth is amazing like Shiela, super helpful and always there for us to assist with problems. Richard is one of the nurses who is amazing as well in making sure that all the concerns my uncle has was addressed. The whole team, Rexam, Mary, Anthony, Hans are all amazing and always ready to help . Thank you so much!!!
My experience with Premium Care USA has been everything the title encompasses, premium! From the energy in the office, to the compassion in the field with the caregivers, you can feel they work with purpose and out of genuine love. I can't name any one individual who doesn't bring a smile to my face there. That said, 10 stars aren't applicable so 5 stars will have to do. Keep being amazing to the community!
I love Premium Care USA! It's a great place to work & they never hesitate to let you be yourself. I would recommend their services 100/10 times! Also, they have these 3 amazing & dashing Care Managers who always go above & beyond!
