I am a new patient at Healthworks of Northern Virginia and I had a great experience with them at the Reston location last week. From the receptionists to the triage nurse to the NP Garima Pokhrel to the nurses that gave me my vaccine and performed my blood draw, EVERYONE was lovely, polite and professional. I felt seen and heard. I’ve never had an experience like that at a medical facility. My insurance changed at the beginning of the year and my OB/GYN practice that I’ve been going to since 2013 closed - long story short, I was not looking forward to finding new providers. I usually get very anxious with needles and have a phobia, but Rebecca made this experience so much easier for me. She gave me both vaccines with so much patience, kindness, and care, and truly made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Also, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Such a positive experience overall — I’m very grateful for everyone there!
