“We love how our carpet runner turned out! We went to the Oakton location and I had a hard time deciding which carpet option I wanted to go with. Kat helped us select a beautiful Antrim wool carpet. Once we made our selection they were able to get the installation done in a little over a week. The installer did great work, lining up all the herringbone lines perfectly.

I had also worked with Clawes to replace carpet in my condo years ago. They have great customer service and do quality work!“

“Had Custom Floor & Design install LVP throughout my house and honestly couldn't be more satisfied. I worked with Albert Kim and he actually listened to what I was looking for and my price range, instead of just pushing whatever was most expensive. He knew his stuff and helped me narrow down the options without making it overwhelming. He booked a time to come by my place for measurements and did that quickly and efficiently without taking too much time.

The installers showed up on time, worked clean, and the end result looked amazing. They also made sure they thoroughly cleaned up the area after they finished. No gaps or any issues, just solid work. The price was better than two other quotes I got for the same job and Albert followed up and made sure I was happy with the completed job.

On the stairway leading to the 2nd floor, the railing bracket was apparently accidentally broken, and the crew never mentioned it upon their departure. Although it was not a big deal to replace and install, it would have been nice to have known this as opposed to my discovering the issue.“
