My salesperson, Omer, provided invaluable assistance in designing our bathrooms. He dedicated significant time to our needs. Once the project commenced, Hakan was appointed as our project manager. Hakan demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, knowledge, and responsiveness.

We recently used Elegant for our kitchen remodel, and overall we are very happy with the experience and the final result. Hakan was excellent to work with and truly listened to what we wanted, helping bring our vision to life. I would personally rate Hakan 5 out of 5 for his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

As with any major remodeling project, there were a few hiccups and some frustrating mistakes along the way. Most of those issues were outside of Hakan's direct control, but what stood out was how the team handled them. Hakan, our project manager, was very professional and followed up throughout the entire process to make sure everything went smoothly.
