He's the first therapist I have been to that could pinpoint exactly what was going on with my lower back and how to fix it. And Paige.. where do I begin?! She's the first trainer I've had who was thoughtful enough to bake in reality into her plan - she gave me the exercises/stretches that I can fit into everyday life.

“The Staff at this location is wonderful. Dr. Sharma is a kind and caring doctor who does wonderful work. Now, the lady Tracy, who sets the pre-surgical appointments, is supposed to contact you; she never calls you to schedule the appointment. When you call her office, you will get an answering machine that says she will return your call in one or two days, but she does not return your call. This is so unprofessional. My mother was supposed to have surgery in August, and here it is, the 24th of September, still waiting for that per-opt appointment. I don't get it, is Tracy not replaceable? I will be getting in touch with the main VCU.“

“I've seen Dr. Green on and off for the past 5 years for various injuries. Each time I'm always impressed with the level of care I received. It's not always easy to recover from an injury (and I've had plenty so I'm sort of an expert on the process) and Dr. Green and his staff are knowledgeable and ready to get you back to what you love doing. Definitely recommend this practice for anyone in need of pain relief and injury recovery.“

“I had heard about CNS before I was referred there after a car accident. My concussion had turned into something much more severe, and nothing was working until I got to CNS. From the very first appointment they were thorough, kind and informative. I was there weekly from Feb 2024-Feb 2025 for Speech and Occupational therapy. It was hard work, and I wasn't sure if I would function in a normal life again, but they worked hard with me and now I can do the things I was doing before. They altered a lot of material, and even came up with new material for me to specifically target my symptoms and my unique mental processing. I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for CNS. I was having problem with one of my hearing aids, I contacted the Audina Hearing Aid Dealer in Florida to see why I couldn't get in contact with my Audiologist in Maryland State, I was inform that my Audiologist had deceased. Missy my contact person gave me Virginia Professional Hearing and Healthcare to contact, upon scheduling appointment with Dr.Shantell Lewis, I came in to see if she could help with my situation, was confirm hearing aid needed to be sent to Audina Dealer, when I was call to come in for pick up, she gave me all details what was done to hearing aid, and to do update on my hearing exam. I liked the way she explained in full details status of my hearing test, she also requested my hearing diagram from Audina headquarters for my hearing aids, so she could see how hearing aid was programmed, Dr. Shantell Lewis did an exceptional job with making sure my hearing aid was set to my specific hearing loss. I loved the professionalism and exhibit Dr.Shantell Lewis and her office staff displayed, A big thank you Dr. Shantell Lewis. Definitely highly recommended.“

“I do medical appointments at VCU, including dentistry. It's full of wonderful people, clean, on time, appointments pretty quick. My biggest complaint is that it's very difficult to get parking. It's also difficult to find where you're going with some floors on different elevators and having to switch elevators.“

“I have been going to Daily Planet for Mental Health services for about 5 or 6 years I believe. I still go there to this day . Yeah , I have had some issues with calls not getting answered, or a return call back after leaving messages . I remember a few years ago I had a lady doctor .She said or did something that made me snap. I was referred to the other doctor here .Still seeing that same person. He's has help me get through a dark hole I was going down .That only caused me trouble and big problems .So,thankful I was caught before falling to far .My doctor I see at Daily Planet Grace St . Has help me get focus more on a road ahead , not the back road.It hasn't been all peaches and cream .When sample test was ordered every visit .He was suppose to be there to help me, Not believe in me.surely want get me to open up to you..Why would I think he was there to help me .Anyway the Daily Planet and all the people working there, Help All People That Need help , And that's what they do ! I have never heard or been ask to write a good review by anyone there in the years I have been going there.Another thing is they help a lot of people that are Thankful and Appreciate . So it's not nobody's private one on one.If you know any Medical office that always answers phone , return calls ,don't make you wait .And see anyone .Please share with the rest of us thank you“
