From the front desk to the nurse practitioner and radiology staff, every interaction was friendly, helpful, and kind. The facility was clean, and the wait time was minimal. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism throughout the visit for my daughter.
I’ve been to this place twice now—once for myself and once with someone else—and both times, everything was clean, quiet, and calm; the staff were warm and professional, and we were in and out in a miraculously short time (both those trips were on weekday evenings). I recommend this place highly.
After taking an unfortunate fall, I did some damage to my knee and wanted to get a professional opinion before leaving for a short vacation. It was easy to schedule using the Solv platform and I was incredibly impressed with the office cleanliness as well as the friendliness and help of the staff, specifically nurse Karen Anderson. She did such a great job of relieving both me and my boyfriend’s anxiety about the injury, giving us thoughtful care tips and even a few vacation recommendations, after reviewing the X-ray and concluding it negative for any serious damage. I would definitely recommend this facility and nurse Karen.
