Dr. Hancock has helped me with several issues. He and his staff have provided exceptional care. Everyone at Active Recovery & Performance are friendly and helpful. Appointments are easily available. The facility is clean.
I just moved to VA and was in need of a new chiropractor specializing in ART. Starting with new providers can be hard, but my experience with Active has been wonderful. I immediately felt at home; the staff are friendly and approachable; the added PT has been appreciated; and working with Dr. Hancock and Mills has been a great experience. I feel heard, I feel comfortable, and I am seeing immediate results! I would recommend Active to anyone!
Dr. Hancock is excellent. He really listens to your issues and devises a plan. Mills is great at explaining the exercises for proper execution. Rebecca and Renya at the front desk are very friendly and ALL of the other PT’s and staff are just very welcoming and friendly. I like that it’s not an assembly line PT place like the big name ones. I feel like I’m part of the family when a go there.
