“Carpet itself looks great and the crew did a great job. However, be prepared for your baseboard to be beat up, dented, chipped, and require repainting. We had JUST had the baseboards painted the week prior to avoid paint on carpets after install, now we will have to patch the boards with filler and repaint in several areas. Also, the crew scratched our brand new doors door knob and deadbolt that was installed the week prior. We just moved in, so everything we have installed is new and without blemish.“

Additionally - I found out that Lauren went to elementary, middle, high school, AND college with my husband - I was blown away by the small community of N Chesterfield and I'm so happy to be supporting our local friends. We live in a small island in Hawai'i and appreciate the sense of a strong community.

“I'm a little late, since I have had so much going on. I went into the Floor Store for what I thought was going to be a simple kitchen floor upgrade. That is when I met Walter, who was super friendly and professional from the very start. Well what is supposed to be a simple kitche floor upgrade, turned out to be an entire 1st floor flooring replacement thanks to a faulty dishwasher that flooded the first floor. Walter worked with me everystep of the way with kindness, understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately I had to go into the store to make changes quite often, and everytime no matter how many changes I made he helped with a smile, laughter, and professionalism. I highly recommend the Floor Store and if your lucky to get Walter, you are in very good hands. My husband and I are super happy with the new floors. Highly recommend“

“The sales person was great. The problems lie when they had two different estimates done for my house. The day the installers got here after a skid of stuff was delivered the week before, they told me the estimator put down the wrong product for underneath my cement tile for my kitchen. So I, not LL Flooring purchased over $800 Hardy back boards. The estimator also put in an order for all new base boards throughout my house that was NEVER discussed with me. I already have 8 inch baseboards throughout my circa 1915 house. I called about this and they sent me a check for $731.39 for all that baseboards and came and picked it up. Just not for 13 boxes of missing wood floors I had purchased on my original invoice that would have covered the room on the front porch (which is still unfinished) Nor the WRONG felt board for the kitchen tile. I have called and emailed the store SEVERAL times. I only was responded to the day of the job. I was Nice and polite. But now I am feeling majorly ripped off because I was charged more money for installation for my front porch, for the 13 boxes wood flooring I never received, for under the tile wrong flooring boards that are taking up space in my garage, 3.5 bags of grout, a box of a dozen white caulking that I assume were part of the baseboard robbery. NOBODY gets back to me. I suggest hiring a great tile contractor and ordering your tile through Home Depot or Lowe's. They both have a customer service department.“
