We decided that rather than replacing the carpet, we would switch to hardwood, but we needed it to match the wood flooring in the adjoining rooms. Sword did a fantastic job of installing the new family room wood floors, then sanding and staining our old floors to rejuvenate the late-1990s finish, which had yellowed with time. “They came out to give us a quote. They showed up on time, were very courteous, presented the product well, and explained the process. I’m so excited to have the floors done and once they are complete I will add a picture.Follow-Up: They came out this weekend and completed our job. They got here exactly when they said they would.
