“We recently had a water leak from our refrigerator that did extensive damage to our kitchen floor. As soon as we noticed the damage, we contacted Wertz who had installed the floor 20 years ago. Chris Wertz immediately came out and analyzed the damage with a moisture meter and took measurements and provided an estimate to replace the floor. We worked with the insurance company to get the damage assessed and file a claim. Meanwhile we continued to work with Chris to look at flooring options, bringing home multiple samples over several weeks! All of the folks at Wertz were extremely helpful during this process. Once we finally chose a replacement floor product and settled with the insurance company, the installers from Wertz came out and took up the old damaged floor and replaced it in one day! We could not be more pleased with the service and product we got from Wertz. We have used Wertz for over 25 years for carpet and bathroom vinyl flooring, and have been very pleased with everything.
