“Picking out the carpet, scheduling, and installation was great. Carpet quality is beautiful. Took off a star because after installation was complete I came downstairs to find the installers walking on the BRAND NEW carpet that THEY installed, vacuuming it with their dirty outside shoes on. That’s also our toddler’s main play area. Recommendation to please use shoe covers at least next time.“
