I called first to find out if they had wool carpeting, not because I wanted it but because I felt that if the store sold wool carpet I would be experience a purveyor of carpeting that understood good quality. As It turns out, I actually did buy wool carpet and every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. Their product was stellar, the carpet arrived sooner than expected and the installation, which was challenging due to some existing cabinetry, was performed expertly. House of Carpet is absolutely fabulous! If they don't have it, it doesn't exist. High quality and massive selection of all types of flooring. Not cheap stuff that will wear out in a few years. Very customer and service oriented! I highly recommend this honest and professional company.

Amazing service. Bobby came out to measure our new construction in the dark, helped to find the perfect carpet (we had quite a specific budget and requirement) and his installers couldn't have done a better job. Very very happy with their service and product. Thank you guys!
