“I am so glad I found Carly a few years ago! The massage room is the most comfortable welcoming environment and Carly is hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever been to and the nicest person!“

Hot House Yoga Yoga

“I am 6 months into practicing at Hot House Yoga. Years ago I had tried it and at that time it wasn't for me, but I am so glad I tried it again because I LOVE it now. I appreciate that they offer classes from 6am until the evening as it makes getting there easier with all the options. I also like that they offer a monthly membership rate as well as a variety of class cards with expiration dates far enough out you know you'll be able to use them in time. Between what my body can or cannot do that day and the different personalities of the teachers I find comfort in the fact that each type of class is the same practice sequence every time.“

FLOW Massage & Bodywork Yoga

“I’ve been raving about Flow and particularly Brittany for the last several months! The studio is incredible and very zen. I’ve had two 90 minute therapeutic massages by Brittany in the last 3 months and she is not a one hit wonder! The 2nd time was just as amazing as the first-intentional, great pressure, very healing, very relaxing. They also give you this perfect complementary cup of herbal tea when you check out. It’s the little things too! I’m rebooking now by the way ?“

“My 6 year old was going to summer camp with a boy with anger issues who kicked her, called her names, etc. We obviously worked with her and talked to the coach, but when I saw there was a trial of "Bullyproof" at the Jiu Jitsu studio, we decided it was a good opportunity! My 3 year old started mat munchkins, which is adorable. He loves it and "gets his wilds out." He's also around all these older kids and teens who are both really helpful to him and really respectful, so it's great modeling. I hope he'll be one of those kids in years to come. My daughter goes to Bullyproof and loves it too. She practices conflict deescalation, using her voice, appropriate body language, and of course, jiu jitsu! The instructors are great and also really silly so it takes away any intensity from the subject. My husband wrestles with her and has already noticed that her body awareness is really changing. She keeps wanting me to look at her "strong muscles." :D It's a great thing to accompany her through her growth in childhood! I'm very grateful! When we have more time my husband and I want to take classes too! We're really enjoying everyone there and what they're offering our family!“
