I loved how fast it was to get my lashes done. However, I didn't love the "Winks". They were double individual lashes and looked and felt low quality. I wish the website would have described the type of lash or length for each type of eyelash extension. In the future, if I go back I will just get the hybrid lashes.

I’m visiting VA from NY and I was looking to get a last minute touch up fill before I went home if time and circumstances allows it. I called Winks and was met with the best customer service I’ve had in a while. I explained I was unsure if I’d be able to guarantee I’d be able to make it but I’d like to reserve the time and would contact her immediately should anything change- I also informed her this was obviously a foreign fill and I didn’t need much but just a touch up. This was my first time coming here and I got the hybrid lashes and my eyebrows done. I have to say that I absolutely love them. The owner was very informative she made me feel comfortable and she really knows her stuff, I mean smart as a whip, I was very impressed. I urge you to please not go to these others that have not been trained properly (then you end up mad lol) I will definitely be coming back no doubt about that.
