Moser Electric is fantastic! We needed electrical work done to our home in Salem in Oct 2025. The technicians (Aiden and Jordan) were tremendous! They quickly assessed what we wanted completed, calculated the cost, and asked us if we wanted to proceed. They went out of their way to get the required item as we did not have one available. They were very knowledgeable in their specialty and displayed the highest standards of customer service. We will definitely use Moser Electric again and specifically ask for Aiden and Jordan to return. We highly recommend you contact Moser Electric as your 1st call for electrical work around the home!!

We engaged TBS to construct a roof over our existing deck. Jay collaborated with us to ensure the design harmonized with the back facade of our residence. Specifically, the roof’s pitch aligned appropriately with the other roof pitches of our house. We requested a specialized coating, Diamond Kote, applied to the primary support beams. This coating enhances the aesthetic appeal, contrasting with the bare painted wood. Throughout the construction process, the lead crew member, Dallas, diligently communicated any necessary modifications and consistently sought our approval. Daily, a thorough cleanup was conducted. Upon project completion, the crew meticulously cleared the area of their materials and any debris. We are exceedingly pleased with the porch roof and the ability to enjoy outdoor activities, even during inclement weather.
From start to finish, their attention to detail is unparalleled, their work ethic is irrefutable, and their results speak for themselves.

I signed up for a 6 week trial special because I wanted to try something to get my body in gear for phase two of my weight loss journey. I knew nothing about CrossFit in general besides it looked brutal. I was encouraged to try it and now I am hooked! In my past gyms, I was too nervous to sign up for any group classes, and I totally expected to go in and be judged or maybe just even catch some unsure looks. I was so wrong. I was greeted by fellow classmates, not even anyone who works there first, with excitement and hospitality. Even after being six weeks in, if there is someone I barely even talk to and they see I am struggling with something, they jump in and give me pointers. The coaches are all fantastic and are very knowledgeable on how to scale thing to work within your current state as well as push you to do better every day. The owners Samantha and Robert are so sweet and go out of their way to make sure you have the tools and information you need to succeed. I quit my other gym and will be a full time member next week. Thanks for building my confidence and giving me the best stress reliever this is out there!
We had a 60+ foot tree that was surrounded by obstacles. TLC navigated power lines, fencing, a shed as well as a yard full of flowers and shrubs and made it look easy! Fantastic work at a fair price! I highly recommend their services for any tree work you need to have done! 5 stars ? ????

The Smith Mountain Lake branch (see what I did there?) of Bartlett Tree Experts is fantastic. From the informative and helpful visit from Ryan, their arborist, to the ease of scheduling, we had a great experience. But the real reason for my review of 5 stars is the crew, they are the most professional, safety conscious, and skilled tree crew we have ever had work on our trees. You can tell they care about the trees and doing the best job they can. They left our property in better shape than when they got there, and our trees and we thank them!

Floor Source had many suggestions when I began planning on changing out 20 yo carpet on two floors of my house. With their guidance, we selected a beautiful vinyl that complemented my white pine walls. After taking several samples home, my husband and I picked one vinyl for the first floor and one carpet for stairs and the second floor. We set a date to begin installation. Chris sent Woody and his assistant to do the work. Faced with a house of antiques, which were not light-weight, Woody offered great suggestions for moving furniture. What I thought would take at least a week and a half was finished in four days.

Hali is absolutely amazing. I have extremely INTENSE back/shoulder pain and after a session with her - I feel IMMEDIATE release. Dr Gibbons has been treating me for a couple of years now and saw me yesterday to treat sudden vertigo and nausea. After she asked me several questions, she took a look and adjusted my Atlas (it was way off) and my Occiput. (I had to Google what these were!). She also did a Eustachian tube adjustment and checked my eye tracking and took some other assessments after all of that. My dizziness is completely gone and I feel close to normal again. No nausea. Will have a follow up visit next week but I highly recommend Dr Gibbons chiropractic care.

My husband and sons have been going to Collins Barber Shop since we’ve lived here and he’s fantastic. Our oldest is autistic and non-verbal and Mr. Collins has no problem taking his time with him and making him comfortable. Our youngest says Mr. Collins is the only one who does his hair right. My boys don’t get their haircut as often as they should, but he never complains that we waited too long between cuts and they always come home fresh and with smiles. Truly glad to have such a gem so close to us.
