We are very pleased with the service that Lance and Chad provided in installing our dog fence. They were very professional and timely. Lance explained the operation of the device completely and was very patient answering questions. He showed us how to train our dog and was very caring when interacting with her. Have had a Dogwatch fence for over 12 years, had Invisible Fence at last house - no comparison. Superior product. After 12 years,one of the R9 receivers went bad (we have 2 dogs), so immediately ordered another online. A woman from the corporate office called to tell me it might be under warranty, check with my dealer. By the time I called the dealer, she had already called him, but he asked a few questions and is expediting the new receiver to me for shipping cost only. I was shocked (!!) that an electronic item would be warranted after all this time. Friendliest people you'll ever talk to as well. Great product, friendly people, great company.
