Our experience with The Floor Source was great in all facets. We replaced the carpet in our master bedroom with engineered hardwood to match the rest of the main floor. Chris did an excellent job of sharing options with us and helping us find the best match. He provided us with a high quality product. He was clear in communicating with us. He and his team were professional and prompt. His guys did an excellent and efficient job with the carpet removal and hardwood installation. The price for the work was definitely reasonable. We would recommend The Floor Source and would use them again if a need arises.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with The Floor Source. Casey was very responsive and dependable from the very beginning - he kept us informed throughout the entire process. The installers, Woody and Marco, were excellent! They were both very knowledgeable and professional- we are so pleased with the outcome!

Great customer service and overall experience. We had the carpet in all 4 bedrooms, stairs and entire lower level replaced. The guys working in our house for two days were polite and cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend checking out The Floor Source!
