I have been going to the Bedford Chiropractor for a few years now. I feel pretty good. I had slept on my neck wrong and got a bad kink in my neck to the point where I couldn’t move my neck and was in a lot of pain. The chiropractor adjusted my neck for a few weeks and it’s already feeling great. I had my back adjusted a few times too. I feel like I can move around again without alot of pain and discomfort. Dr. Hedgepath and Dr. Selander are top notch Chiropractors and are willing to get you back to normalcy making you feeling great again.
I’m so happy going there knowing I get the proper care I need. Also Dr. Mike just started and he does a wonderful job he helps Dr. Selander out so far he’s done an excellent job with my neck and hips. Dr. Mike is very personable and wants to get you feeling better right away.

Great service provided today. My son who is on the spectrum went in to get a haircut and beard trim while here in VA to visit me. This is hard for kids on the spectrum to go to someone they don't know, as he has a longtime established barber in Arizona. Pat was patient and kind, did a great job on his hair and beard. Steve and the team from Bedford Excavating went above and beyond when renewing our gravel driveway. We called not knowing exactly what to ask for, but they showed up and made a game plan unique to our property which not only fixed the problem of loose gravel on our hill, but also addressed several drainage problems they noticed were emerging, moved extra material around for a future shed installation, and widened our parking and driveway areas. We are excited we hired them! Pricing was very straightforward and Steve communicated frequently so there were no surprises. Highly recommend.

Quite a wonderful flower shop in Bedford, Virginia, Terrace Blooms really helped my mother's memorial shine in the capacious Fellowship Hall of Bedford Baptist Church. We needed small arrangements that could be reused by the church for Easter the next day. When they delivered them, the boxes of small and medium vases just kept coming! It was a gorgeous presentation with lots of small touches in the floral artistry. Many attending loved them so much that we gave the flowers as parting gifts. We also had two larger arrangements that the church adored and ended up using in the sanctuary for Easter. Terrace Blooms really listened to our needs after our mother's funeral was delayed seven months due to Helene. They found the perfect decorative fit for the room. I consulted Dr. Haley Hammond for abdominal pains I had on my right side. I had this problem a few years ago, yet got only blood tests which turned out good. Dr. Hammond ordered an ultrasound scan. When the results were inconclusive, she ordered an MRI. The MRI discovered small gall stones in my bile duct that the ultrasound could not image. In addition to the gall stones, a 10mm pancreatic cyst was discovered. I will have a follow up MRI next year to examine the cyst, which could be the early stage of a serious problem that often gets diagnosed too late to heal.
