Westlake Veterinary Medical Center is a highly-regarded veterinary clinic that provides exceptional care and service to its patients. The center is led by Dr. Luke, a caring and knowledgeable veterinarian who is trusted by his patients. The staff is also wonderful and friendly, good at their jobs, and works closely with clients to schedule appointments. The center has a great reputation for providing excellent care. Customers are awed by how clean it is when they walk in. They see you quickly, and you won't have to wait long for an appointment. The doctors are knowledgeable and attentive. Many drive an extra 40 minutes round trip because they are hands down the best in the area. This place was/is wonderful. They fit visitors in within a couple of hours. Everyone was very friendly. The tech and vet were thorough and didn't rush anyone. Customers and their pets received excellent care and are very thankful they were helped. Dr. Luke has a great patient load that has increased dramatically. He will explain anything you ask, and no matter how tired he is, he is always friendly. The main thing is his love and devotion to animals.
Dr Luke is very knowledgeable, caring, and listens no matter how busy he is. We have taken our pets to him over many years and feel he is the very best choice and we are so pleased to have someone with his experience so convenient. His staff is very kind and helpful also.
Thank you Dr. Luke
Very professional and courteous. The staff and doctors show genuine concern and empathy toward our pets and give concise, easy to understand directions and information. Highly recommended.
The staff here are so phenomenal!!! They really do treat your pets like their own. Dr. Luke was so nice, and he explained everything and was very thorough. Tammy was also amazing. She literally handled my cat like a pro even though my cat is a little tough at the vet. I could not have asked for a better staff to take care of my pet.
