I fractured my shoulder really badly, sling for 12 weeks, locked shoulder and Andrew, as always, did a great job of being positive, educating me, and developing a plan at home (with things I had plus I ordered a pulley). He is always shaking things up and modifying exercises at the inperson rehab center. They have the sweetest staff from
