I highly recommend The Virginia Center for Spine & Sports Therapy ! I received excellent care from Dr. Adam for the issues I was having as a result of a severe attack of Vertigo I had experienced while out of town. While a therapist in Philadelphia was able to stop my horrific spinning, when I returned home to Virginia it was obvious I was still experiencing some significant residual issues. A call to this office immediately put me in touch with Adam. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He discovered why I was still being plagued by dizziness and balance difficulties. Over the course of a few visits and maneuvers he was finally able to completely clear my trouble ear canal and I was able to stop sleeping in my recliner. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Adam in particular, for addressing Vertigo problems! Thank you, Lisa Decker, Midlothian.

If you need physical therapy, definitely try VCSST first! I've tried other facilities for PT with little to no progress and, in some cases, I actually went backwards several steps. Tegan was my Therapist and was just amazing! Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, kind and responsive. When I started, my hip was hurting so bad, I couldn't walk up the stairs. Within one week I was able to walk up the stairs. In 5 weeks I was able to start walking for exercise. Support staff in the gym and front desk staff were also AMAZING! Very COVID-19 conscious. (Screening questions every visit. Temperature taken before entering the gym. Masks always worn. Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations. Constantly sanitizing equipment)
